The place is average, and people working there are not so friendly. The food is not bad, but it costs too much for what it offers.

Its ok. Nothing special but ok. I would try to get better service crew and clean tables more frequent... they could make a great business especially because maison du gateau is worse. Maybe some paninis would be great.I would recommend umbrellas in order to offer more places in the shade.
