We stayed in this quaint place on a Sunday of late August. We recommend this place to all those who are looking for those osteries of once revisited with good taste. We have pleasantly surprised also the menu that offers traditional local dishes carefully cooked. Among the skates we have tasted, we have appreciated more the "gnocchi a coa de sorica" with cheek, zucchini and pachino. Finally we were delighted by delicious homemade desserts.

We have just been coupled in this local, rustic very characteristic in one of the most beautiful alleys of genazzano! Young staff is very courteous! Very nice family environment, cared for! We ate for appetizer a mixed cutter of undertones, sliced and cheese and some bruschetta! Great and abundant! First the "coa de sorica dumplings" cheeks, zucchini and excellent pachino, and being paesana know that it is difficult to cook them in white, instead they were delicious and unmassati, the second we skipped because already means full from the appetizer, but we took the spiral potatoes, very original contour is delicious. To finish sweet chocolate cake on cream bed( amazing). Price content! We will be back!

Today we went with my wife to the infiorate. We found out by chance following the billboard from their place on the road, as you have to get there. Nice location. To visit their cellar where you are omitted with an aperitif. Very good both of us chosen (gnocchi) that contrary to the name are x my plate of the symphony and for that of my wife similar to laundry. My parents were seasoned with chickpeas and sausage. My wife's pachino bacon and other ingredient. Seconds to improve nn so much for quality (good meatballs to sauce) but in choice. I also expected the presence of at least one typical/particular dish. Great service from the boys/and always friendly and smiling. Really great price €33 x two people so distributed 2 very first however very abundant, 2 seconds 2 contours 1 sweet 1 coffee half liter of wine of the house (discreta quality but nn fresh as expressly asked view the hot day). Surely to come back also xche the boys to explicit question have said they have opened for about 1 month. A slight nn drying had still installed the pos x payment via cards.

I have to say that I have chosen a tuff cave to keep my mouth open....the reception was great with the very kind waiters.... especially the bald....I started with a cutter made specifically for a person....the meats and cheeses are scary....I have recommended the fried tongues (pasta pizza fritta with tomato and parmesan)and I have to say that they are spectacular....:prices low for abundant dishes
