Food and ambience was very good, only the prices for the portions were not always proportional, somewhat too expensive. However highly recommended

A visit to the castle, also with overnight stay, we can recommend with a calm conscience.

Simply good service atmosphere and good card with quli essence!

The restaurant with terrace is unique. The service is partly somewhat unhappy, but friendly. The wine list could be a bit better sorted especially in older Rieslingen; there is already a greater variety in the Rheingau. The menu is short, but contains a good range of very well-selected dishes, the composition of which suggests a French manuscript in the kitchen. All we ordered was excellent. The last cut to the fifth star was missing. The yellow-tailed mackerel, the gooseberries, the calfsbries and the Boeuf Bourguignon are highly recommended. The desserts were absolute top. A Sunday afternoon at Schwarzenstein Castle.
