Mcdonald's - Gedling

After a long day at work, I decided to grab a meal at this restaurant. I just have to mention how wonderful and accommodating Chloe was during my visit. She took great care of my child and checked in to see if everything was okay. Her friendly attitude truly made my dining experience enjoyable. Thank you so much, Chloe, for your exceptional service. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant again!

Cold food, missing items, “DISGUSTING” I don’t know how tapped you have to be to mess up a simple order not mad, just disappointed.

Ordered an UBER delivery for my family £55 total waited half an hour then the Uber driver called to say McDonald’s had cancelled the order could we call the restaurant They finally answered to be told no everything fine we will send your order now. Order arrived and we were like ok no problem it’s sorted Opened the bags to find several items missing. Called the restaurant to speak with a gentleman who was rude and obnoxious Interrupting me constantly I asked to speak to a manager to which he replied I am the manager I said well I need to speak to someone higher is there a manager I can contact tomorrow Sorry can’t give you any names Ok so what’s your name I don’t have to tell you that Ok well can I speak with someone else He yawned and put the phone down!!!!!! I then drove to the restaurant with my husband to which staff were rude the guy who was rude hid in the back They wouldn’t give me an overall managers name I’ve received a £2 refund for over 15 pounds worth of food missing Amy who I spoke to was also rude and said I can’t give you any more food I didn’t want any more food I wanted my issue resolved She said I packed the bags I know it was all there Totally impossible .. why would I go to so much effort Basically calling me a liar I’d like the Business Manager to contact me ASAP

Popped in for some food to find the whole place looking like a rubbish tip. Bins overflowing, empty food and drink wrappers left on pretty much every table and all over the floors. Toilets were disgusting the machines viewable from the till were also disgusting. The McFlurry and frappe machine was covered in milk splatters. Also took ages for the food and I had to go to the front and tell one of the staff, and he had to use my receipt to finally give my food.

This is the only restaurant where we received unusually small portions of everything. The large fries were only half full, the wrap was only half filled, and the large McFlurry was barely bigger than a small one. We have never encountered this problem at any other McDonald's locations.
