Ruby Tuesday - gdale

1st time at a ruby tuesday in many years was dissappointed in lunch prices, ended up ordering the tuesday special burger. Mine was overcooked and dry, the wifes was ok. Did not complain as only one server working the lunch hour.

Was very unhappy about this order, I expected better from a ruby tuesday restaurant. My my food was not an adult size portion and definitely was worth the cost of $22 bucks. It was one spoon of rice for a 3yr old and the meat was not as described, it was supposed to be smoked roast pork ,not thick cut pork chops cut in pieces and pan fried for so long that it was so hard I couldn't bite it ,I had to give it to my dog. I also had purchased ribs that did not fall off the bone and had to be ripped off by force was supposed to come with fries and I added Mac and cheese, again one spoon full of Mac and cheese in a big container and no fries, and why are guys taking advantage of those who order delivery.

The waitress did a wonderful job. I understand that I came an hour before closing so the food that came out of the kitchen had a stench of old oil. To the point that I couldn't even eat the bacon. The salad bar was fresh and hit the spot just right!

Bridget was amazing! The food was perfect and we will absolutely be coming back in the future. Again Bridget made this special occasion even more special. It has been a long time since I have experience customer service so proficient someone get her a raise!!!!

Went to the West Columbia location craving the salad bar. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. We had the catfish and shrimp combo and the chicken parm dinner. Both were served hot and fresh and everything tasted great. Our server, Octavia, was just wonderful and helped us have a nice dinner and a nice evening out. The ingredients on the salad bar were fresh and readily available. We tried to order a funnel cake sundae but unfortunately they were out of them so the assistant manager, Robert, offered us a free dessert which was an nice response. Overall we enjoyed the experience and look forward to the chance to come back.
