Mama Henry’s At The Backyard Cafe'

Found this little gem while looking for a quick lunch. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly cat and we immediately knew we were going to like this place. We ordered the chicken salad with hush puppies and the sweet n' spicy chicken nachos. We also got wings and a slaw dog to go. Everything was fresh, excellent portions and seasoned well. The service was on point and I noticed there were several regulars dining as they were being referred to by name, that's always a good sign. They advertised homemade ice cream but we didn't try it. I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

Oh my goodness their food is delicious!! I ordered the Club and Fries. I swear it was the best home cooked quality I have had in a long time! And the pricing is super fair! Especially when you consider the quality of food AND service! I highly recommend stopping by! I plan on going back to try their Homemade Ice Cream!!

Spaghetti was delicious and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I would definitely order it again. Thank you for the delicious cherry vanilla ice cream!

Our food was great, and Madison provided wonderful service. We will be back!
