Even I, someone who doesn't usually like şübiyet, absolutely loved it. I also realized why I didn't enjoy it before – I probably had never tasted a properly made, fresh şübiyet. I was curious about how they maintain that crispness despite the cream. There’s plenty of pistachio, a great crunch, and just the right amount of cream. It definitely doesn't overwhelm your palate; it's perfectly balanced. The price is high, but it's worth it for this quality.

The şöbiyet is incredibly delicious; I can say it's one of the best you can find. The baklava is also tasty.

One of the most famous turkish desserts here at gaziantep is: söbiyet. this shop makes the best baklava and söbiyet in the city. the owner is very nice and works in the 3rd generation (since 1840.) the söbiyet is very tasty and a visit is an absolute MUST-GO. thanks to the owner for the beautiful talk and the fantastic dessert!
