This established local coffee shop chain offers better food than McDonald's, but the service was mediocre. The atmosphere leaves much to be desired; chain restaurants need to realize that while their concept is good, they often lack incentives for employees to genuinely care about the quality of the products they serve. This is a widespread issue throughout the industry. I just wish these businesses prioritized their employees more than their profit margins. After all, making coffee isn’t akin to curing cancer or developing new energy sources for the greater good. It’s just a cup of coffee. There should be a better profit-sharing model for those who work hard to ensure customers receive their orders and leave satisfied.
