Murray BBQ and Bar - Gawler

We had an incredible experience at Murray's BBQ and Bar over the weekend. The hospitality from the moment we walked in was exceptional. The complimentary salsa provided upon ordering was a nice touch, and we also enjoyed the delicious onion rings and garlic bread with amazing dipping sauce. The feast platter we shared among 3 adults and 2 kids was generous and left us with leftovers. The meat was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. Other diners even asked about our platter and ordered one for themselves. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. The food at this restaurant is exceptional. We dined there tonight and were pleasantly surprised when the chef gifted us a complimentary meat tasting plate to enjoy before our meals arrived. It was truly delicious. Alicia, the outstanding staff member, was very helpful in assisting us in choosing wine. She provided us with samples of a few wines and offered great advice. We genuinely appreciated the excellent customer service we received. We will definitely be returning soon.

My family and I have visited this restaurant several times now, and it truly is one of the top dining choices in Gawler. We have sampled a variety of dishes such as schnitzels, fish, and burgers, but one of the standout items was the homemade dips served with pita bread - absolutely delicious! We devoured every last bit of it, as the dips were both flavorful and satisfying. The service was quick, from placing our order to receiving our meals, and we were not disappointed. The portions were hearty and generous, and the gravies and sauces were mouthwatering. This pub is definitely a great spot for a relaxed weekend meal.

New twist on pub meals and good to see in Gawler. I like the range and service. The atmosphere is good. Can be a bit pricey but they often have specials. Great place to catch up with friends or have a family meal. Some of the dishes are a bit sweat bbq sauces etc) but nothing beats one of their steaks or spicy wings! Get a beer and enjoy the deck!

We made a booking for lunch and when we arrived there was no booking for us. We were told to just find a table and sit where ever. When we got our food it was cold and the burger didn't have bacon on it even...though when I ordered it I ask for bacon and was told it already comes with bacon. The manager then acted like it was my fault that there was no bacon on the burger. I won't be going back anytime soon.
