The atmosphere is very friendly and the meals are traditional but hearty we have spent a very good stay in a beautiful setting near the circus we highly recommend this mountain hostel

Very friendly reception in this hostel. evening meal absolutely succulent.We slept in the room part (not seen the dormitories). The rooms were very clean, the sanitary also. showers in the room. possibility of quadruple room also with shower. very good bedding, we slept like babies cradled, however by big storms. Nice breakfast also. We will be happy to come back to spend more than one night because the change is guaranteed. Thanks to the whole team.

The presence of the trail of gavarnie has led to a saturation of the restaurants of the region and we found ourselves by chance to dine on Saturday in this bucolic place with a breathtaking view of the troumouse circus. the exterior decor being planted in the restaurant. the atmosphere is no longer campagnard and quite rustic but the welcome is friendly. the map is limited to all levels. My wife's crudities were correct my gizzard salad was generous.For dishes not too many options and accompaniments are restricted, salad and potato. The house cowhide seemed appetizing but when we order our dessert. The cook was done. The two-way ticket was a little salty (flat entrance serves a bottle of wine 77 euros) for the quality/price ratio of the establishment. Groups shared the restaurant room with us and were housed on site. I think the inn is a great base camp for groups of recorders the car traffic is a bit difficult but for the view it is exceptional. come only for restoration? I'm still dubious.
