Tutti Frutti - Gatineau

Arrival 8h : the restaurant is empty at 95,% but we are tied with the guests already present on a row of tables, side by side, like chickens and it swollen: impossible to hold a conversation without having to raise the voice! What a stupid idea of wanting to put everybody together! This is not the first time that we go, but if that had been the case, we will certainly not return!

The restaurant is large and the long service. The benedictine eggs, the white was not cooked enough, it was still running, the soft potatoes, no knife, or ketchup, we waited 35 minutes to have a warm meal. Women's toilet: toilet paper on the ground, water. It doesn't give a good impression. I should have gone to the toilet when I came to see cleanliness, after all if it's not clean, I imagine the kitchen.

We went there today my mom, my son and I and I was a bit disappointed. We ordered Benedictine eggs and it was good but I had to ask twice for water, finally went to poor myself a glass to the service counter, twice for ketchup and half way trough my meal I had to ask if she forgot my baby's eggs? She did...

Food is good , lots of choices. I would recommend this 2nd behind Cora. Service is good as well. Prices are in line with Cora;s

Our experience was very disappointing. We came with two kids and two adults for Sunday brunch. A little over an hour after ordering, my food and my son's crepe was delivered. The server said that my wife's and daughter's food was coming shortly. Well after my son had finished his crepe and my daughter was crying did her and my wife's food finally arrive. My wife ordered no bacon and when the server saw those two strips of glistening bacon on the eggs, immediately said she would get her a new plate. My wife gave up on her order and explained the situation. The server then went to get the owner. The owner explained that they were short in the kitchen and offered to remove my wife's order from the bill. Thank you for offering not to charge us for something that we didn't receive! I think the owner could have done little more. Had we known that kitchen was short and that the wait was more than an hour and a half, we would have left and not ruined our first time at this establishment. Unfortunately now we will not be back.
