Sushi Hull - Gatineau

The reviews looked great and we thought, hey let us sushi hull give us a try. we were greeted they received something not even hallo. a bit of courtesy would have been nice (it was the same with any customer who went in). it then probably took 20 minutes to make a green tee, miso suppen and what should tempura garnel (think tiny fish sticks with a garnel ****). so not really tempo. then we waited for another 40 minutes for our rolls that were badly made, unevenly cut and under the season. when the dame took up the first empty plate, she didn't even bother to bring her back to the kitchen. Instead, she put it on the table behind us, so over $50 and over an hour for that?! that's not worth my opinion. I hate to publish bad critikens, but sushi hull was terrible disappointing. I hope it was just a bad night for them, although I doubt we're going back.

Really fresh eating, good quality, unfortunately service was simply not there. had to request water, extra wasabi, just over everything. very small place, probably better for the exit. also there were no menu items. if they don't mind sitting next to a vacuum cleaner, that's an ok place better sushi than most, but again, the service really killed. the atmosphere really lacked, the attitude of the staff made me feel as if I were an arrangement.

Sushi hull has become a staple in our house. we have visited the small restaurant as often as we have managed. the sashimi never tastes like her has been frozen and there is a great choice of rolling. everything is always fresh....They are proud of their food! whenever we have to sit, there is always a steady stream of people who come to get their food. they close at 8:30 a.m. on weekdays and more than once they did not order after 7 a.m. as they had run out of fresh fish, they plan accordingly. it is usually about 30-45 minutes for our delivery to be ready. treat yourself!

I ordered sushi from this place to dinner. all sushi were made from fresh ingredients and the prices were quite reasonable. owners are really helpful and waiting time was very reasonable. fair prices.

A friend recommended this Sushi shop and we were so impressed. We ordered a huge platter for take-out and when we went to pick it up, we were amazed at the nicely decorated restaurant inside! It's very surprising! The sushi was fantastic! I think it...was the best deal in Ottawa-Hull area! It was so good, we got another jumbo platter the following Friday night. You won't be disappointed!
