Pizza Hut - Gatineau

My brother and I walked in, we were told 1 second to be seated, over 10 minutes later nothing. Until the manager came along and offered to sit us down indicating a waitress would be with us soon. She passed by a few times, served the people who came in after us, skipped our table served the people all around us and never came to see us once. The other waitress must of made eye contact with me trying to flag someone down quickly cleaned up her tables and ran away into the kitchen. We have no idea why we were treated like this and after 20 minutes of zero service we got up and left. Unacceptable.

I have been to other Pizza Hut before, but this one was probably the worst experience I've had in a long time in a this type of restaurants. The food was really bad, and the service was meh. Sorry, will never go back.

My wife and I went to Pizza Hut for dinner. The pizza is always great. The service is great, frendly and always making sure you are happy. I strongly recommend this restaurant,

We were a group of 6. Upon our arrival, we were the only people in the restaurant.There seemed to be only 1 server and she was busy taking takeout orders over the phone. Not really her fault I suppose but we were left by ourselves sitting in the restaurant with not even a glass of water for much longer than we should have been considering we were the only people there.Anyway, when she finally did arrive everything else was taken care of however this restaurant is currently unlicensed to sell alcohol so we were unable to order any beer or other beverage except cola.We ordered our 4 pizza limit for the $5...$5...$5... deal.If we were paying full price we would most likely go to a different pizza place but their 5 dollar deal makes it worth the visit.The pizza was what you would expect from a pizza hut.Overall experience was fine but they cant really run a sit in and take out pizza restaurant with only 1 server. You need someone to take care of the takeout calls and someone to take care of the sit in dinners.
