I am on a busy business trip and needed to do some work while dining , my server roxanne was the most comprehensive server I had in a long time as i wanted to first grab a beer and do some work and then grab some food , she ask me what I wanted of the menu and in how long would i want it , timing was impectable and my vegetarian pizza was fresh and howsome but most important she carried a smile that made you welcome and confortable and these days not so easy to come by . Thank you roxanne and the owner of the pergola should be proud on having her in the staff.

Hello.I saw the Coupon of: Toward dinner or Weekend buffet for four or more.Before buying the coupon I called the restaurant to ask about the buffet, they told me that they had no available that day, I told them that there is no problem since I would go to visit Ottawa in a few weeks and they said yes there was no problem .When I arrived in Ottawa, I called the restaurant and they told me that it was not valid for weekends and I told them, but on the coupon it says weekend but they repeated that it was not valid.Then I called again and they told me that there is not buffet, I told to the lady at the phone that on the coupon it is written buffet and I told them why they put buffet if they do not want to accept?Then they told me that I could go to the restaurant and that I could ask for something from the Menu and that they would deduct the amount of the coupon purchased with what I order from the Menu.That is not what i bought, I bought the coupon for the buffet and not for something that they want to offer me that is not buffet. The lady on the phone was very rude.For this reason I report as FALSE ADVERTISING and also that they are scammers because they have surely seen that it is not convenient for them the buffet and they no longer want to accept coupons but when i bought the coupon it was written buffet weekend For this reason BE CAREFUL to this company that scams customers.

Staff is not friendly or welcoming and overcharged us on the bill. Buffet was small and mostly cold. We did not enjoy our time there and will never return.

Amazing brunch and dinner menu! Cozy, quiet and practically located!

I ordered a wrap and I barely ate because I was not hungry. My chipotle wrap had no sauce whatsoever but I let it slide and asked for mayonaise. I later asked a waitress to have my leftover to go. She came back with what I assumed was all of my leftovers in a box. However, when I got back home, I realised she just put what was left of my wrap and threw away the fries (I barely ate any, but they were ok). So I basically paid 14$ for a dry, no-chipotle wrap, no fries. I 'm angry. That was supposed to be my lunch and supper today.
