Boston Pizza - Gatineau

It was my daughter’s birthday, she chose Boston Pizza. I had a bad experience the last time I was there, it took way too long and the service wasn’t good. But it was her birthday, her choice. We spent 3 hours there and the place...wasn’t that busy. We were seated right away. Took forever for the waitress to take out orders. We did not order appetizers, just burgers and such. I told the waitress it was my daughter’s birthday and could she put a candle in a piece af cake and sing to her. She said yes. It took 20 minuets for the piece of cake to come. She just put it on the table, no candle, no happy birthday, not even a smile. I was pissed . She did come later to apologize. Not impressed!!!

The delivery service is amazing. They packaged my tomatoe and salad in a different container that my sandwich ao it doesn't get sawgy. Fast and still hot when it arrived. Food is excellent and never been desapointed.

Before on other BP and it was OK, something is wrong with this place, ordered Cesar Salat with chicken overcooked the chicken and dried, very little Cesar sauce, made it hard to swallow! Other dishes contain dried hamburgers (with a better cesar...salad than the main dish! Well, overall, quite all lacking taste, I'm sorry to say

Food was good...had a small pizza but rather expensive. Nothing special for what you pay. Can get as good elsewhere but much cheaper. Would not go again.
