Bambou Restaurant - Gatineau

Got food here as takeout for a BDay celebration. Everything seemed fine except for the rice. It had a really off-putting smell to it that I couldn't figure out until someone else mentioned it. It smelled like the smell you get when you walk into a barn full of horses. The stalls more specifically. It tasted ok, but I had to stop since the smell was just way off and I had to listen to my nose.

The customer service at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Whether it’s in the restaurant or ordering over the phone, they are so amazing to deal with. Super friendly and efficient. The food is great too! Highly recommend!

Every ingredient tasted like it got its soul sucked out and injected with pure depression. Ordered a 'spicy ' dish that barely had the flavour of salt and three bites of chop suey with microscopic chicken particles and it was close to 40$. Avoid at all

Unfortunately dining room not open so must eat in bar area which is disappointing as I don't enjoy watching people on gaming machines.

As others have pointed out, the quality of the food and service has declined. My family has ordered from here twice recently hoping it was just a bad batch, but unfortunately that was not the case.
