10.00 for raw burger not leaving them cook long enough as busy not an excuse absolutely disgusting could feel the texture of rawness

I am waiting to pick up my daughter from work and the noise coming from this place is simply unbearable. It feels like being inside a loud nightclub.

I wasn't in the mood for a burger and had originally planned to go to Slim Chicken next door, but they had unexpectedly run out of chips! While my daughter had her meal at Slim Chicken (she doesn't like chips), I decided to order from Five Guys online for pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order, the staff mentioned there would be a short wait (which I hadn't even noticed) and offered me a complimentary drink while I waited. The customer service was excellent and the burger (and chips) were very enjoyable.
