Afternoon Tea at Sage Gateshead

Eating was served by an rude waitress who recommended that she was not on the afternoon tee today when she put ours down, they did not advise what the sandwiches or cakes were, I had to ask for a coffee! cakes were very dry obviously frozen, would not give the total waste of the gelding back, very disappointed!

We have made a offer on wowcher, it was about £32 for 4 of us. eating was good, just the right amount, the personal was friendly. the only thing I can say is that we have never been offered a refill for our coffee / tee, who asked personal if we were in order, but we had finished by then. overall a beautiful tasty we enjoyed

During the service was excellent, eating was nice, but more like mini-smucker not afternoon, would not recommend if they are hungry, I jokingly said where mine when the teetop size tower arrived

Took my friend for afternoon tea for her birthday, could not fault the food or service.
