Found this lil spot for Mexican food. Loved it. The fresh salsa and chips... great! They had Mole!!!

Food us pretty good. They need better AC. It's always warm in the restaurant. We usually eat there 2 to 3times a month.

Charged $1.00 extra for small serving of sour cream and 2.50 for 3rd basket of chips for a bill that was almost $60.00. Neither item should have had an extra charge. Hadn't been there in a while and may be awhile before I return.

They just need to have their wait staff more fluent in basic English!

My kids invited me and my wife out for Mexican on Cinco de Mayo. We went to one of the trendy restaurants in Charlotte only to find that it was at least a 2 hour wait. They called 3 or 4 other places and got the same answer. Finally, we called La Fuente, and they said there's no wait. We got there in about 20 minutes and were seated right away. The food was pretty good and the staff and service were excellent. They even had a Mariachi band and gave out prizes! I'm certain we had a better experience than we would have at one of those other crowded venues. And probably at a better price, too!
