China Gourmet - Gastonia

Got takeout from here the other day and was very pleased. Portion sizes are huge. I had the general chicken and it was good. Could have been a little bit spicier but next time I’ll ask for that. The egg roll was to die for. I will definitely be back.

Great customer service, the food was excellent. Crunchiness of the fresh vegetables, chicken was perfect, moist and hot!!! They even accommodated my garlic with chicken and added fresh hot peppers per request. Judging by the amount of foot traffic that was there they do have a good client base, I saw lots of doordash.

Their food is very good..but with dinner you get this 'tiny box of rice '...about 1/3 of what I get at other restaurants...and I love rice with the main course. (Rice is cheap...why so stingy with it? And I love sweet and sour chicken..but here they only give you a 'tiny ' cup of sauce...Im talking 'tiny ' cup. So I never buy it here.

I've been going to this restaurant for about 6 months now and the food is always great. I always have left overs because the portion sizes are large. This place is a little out of the way for me but I prefer to go here because the customer service is always wonderful and Hunter, the manager is so nice.

Food is delicious and fresh they give you enough in one plate to feed 2 people I'm very pleased with the customer service
