Resto-pub La Révolte - Gaspé

All we had was really delicious, well plated and filled. The shrimp tacos were beautiful and tangy, the beer friries were crispy golden brown on the outside and fluffy on the inside, as Fritten were meant, and the cod fillet was probably the best I ever had, perfectly cooked and fresh, with delicious homemade tartaric acid. Even the salad on which the Bruschetta was plated was delicious, it had a homemade Vinaiigrette that they also sell (sadly we forget to ask for some). Very friendly and helpful staff and comfortable location with beautiful views of the golf. I don't like using the word precious stone, but for us it was really a jewel of la Gaspésie and a highlight of our visit. Merci encore pour le délicieux souper, on a hâte d'y retourner !

The chicken wings with whiskey sauce is really good and so was the carbonara !!

Fabulous food, great server! Picturesque views from the deck! Highly recommend! From the USA... or we would be regulars!!
