Mcdonald's - Gary

Today at 6:00, Millers McDonald's was open and everything was great. However, on 7/14/2022, it was a different story. The restaurant had turned into a disaster due to poor management. I made the mistake of thinking I could grab a meal there before catching my 6:26 train. The employees were there on time, but we all had to wait until 6:15 for a manager to arrive and open the doors. By that time, everyone in line had given up.

I don't know why, but every time I order a spicy McMuffin from this restaurant, it always ends up burnt to a crisp. The edges are so overcooked that I have to be careful not to damage my teeth when trying to eat it. I wish they would pay more attention to the preparation of their muffins.

The McNuggets were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. Some of the fries were not fully cooked and were lukewarm. The soda was not mixed well. I realize that they were not very busy at the time.

The kindest mcdonalds we've ever been! the food was delicious and the staff was simply wonderful.

When I go to McDonald's I expect to get good, quick and fresh food for an acceptable price. The McDonald on Ridge road in Hobart is always reliable, CLEAN, and friendly. This particular restaurant is the cleanest one around. The cashiers are always very pleasant and personable. Food is always fresh. I believe that now days if people are doing their job right they deserve job well done pat on the back. You won't go wrong at this McD's.
