Hard Rock Cafe - Gary

Hard rock indiana doesn't value their casino members. the rating system is terrible. the advantages are very low compared to other competitors. they sent me a $10 titties composition if I usually get $300 and above. they could not give a good explanation about why, if, I spend thousands of dollars there on a regular basis. only explanation was given that I had a gap not to come there. that was last year at the covid! what has this to do with all my pieces? they lose me as a member. but they don't care because they make money on a regular anyway. none of them.

My wife and I went for a date night in hard rock and had a great time. the buffet was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. the casino is very clean. the only complaining is that there were long lines for eating and the cash, but we went in a concert night. they could use more waiters on the floor to help with the bar lines.

When you come here, bring your own drinks. finding a waitress is impossible. first they let them order it from their slot machine, which was quite useless anyway, as it took an hour or so in order to order their drink after the order. can not order from the machine and get no waitress. I've been here for 3 1/2 hours and I saw a waitress who said she was too busy to take my order. I had to go over half the length of the casino to get my own what was hard when I used a walker. When I came to the bar, there were three people behind the bar and I was the only one. it took 10 minutes to stop talking and giggling to take my order. So, I'll say again, bring your own drink or do it without. there is no time to be here and the place is not even half full.

The restaurant service and management is poor. The actual food is good; if they could just get all of the meals to the table at the same time. Sent my dinner back by the time it finally came, my wife had finished her dinner and mine was being brought.

Very impressed by the service in the restaurant! eric my server was absolutely attentive, courteous, friendly, often checked and really seems to care about his job and the joy of his customers eating with him. the manager kris was such a wonderful person and I really believe that she does everything in her to visit this place to one if in the neighboring. I will definitely return and recommend this hard rock. eating was delicious, just as ordered and quick to use. the kitchen staff is at the top. everyone in the world has treated me very well. - I want to tell you.
