Council Oak Steaks And Seafood - Gary

Steak was luke warm at best and not to temperature. this was also the 3rd visit and each time I ordered mushrooms and they were just cold. Drinks take forever to come out with the servers waiting at the bar. 1st 2 visits chalked it up to being new and working out the kinks, now I am not so sure.

I'm going to start by saying that our server Samantha was superb, the absolute best server ever. She was friendly, proactive and always there when we needed her.Now let's get to the problem. We ordered the Tomahawk but it's called a long bone ribeye and when it came the first thing I noticed was the fat! It was a very fatty piece of meat. It wasn't tender all the way through. The sides we great but we came specifically for the steak.Also parking is hectic as the restaurant is inside the casino!

When we were here the first time, we were new and were not impressed. I have to say we went back today to celebrate the birthday of my brother, whom we ordered calamari and garnelen cocktail, both were great! we had 2 steaks and lambs, all were full and satisfied. I thought our server was excellent. I also thought it was very thoughtful to give my brother a piece of cheesecake as a birthday dessert, very nice mood that my brother was happy and said it was delicious. I would very suggest to try the calamari, it was very tasty lamb hacks saw only a little small.

The crab bone remover was amazing, but for the amount I think was too small. service was great. everything I had was delicious.

This is the second time eating here and the second time It is nothing to write home about. The french onion soup is ok at best I ordered a filet NOT char broiled that is not what I received, but found out half way through the meal that my order was given to someone else at my table
