My order came to $28 and I tried to pay with two $20 bills. The cashier had to cancel the order because they did not have $12 in change. What's the point of a cash register if you don't have cash in it?
Where to begin, this is possibly one of the worst taco bells I have been too. Almost every single time we order from them they mess up the order and when we go back to get it fixed they act like we are the issue. The food is never fresh, the oil they cook in is never changed, they put little to no cheese or meat in or on anything. They service is beyond slow. I truly don't know how this location is still open honestly, it's a health hazard. They are never open the hours posted, it doesn't matter if you order there or through the drive thru or through door dash, your order will be wrong and gross. I can count on one single hand how many times I was satisfied eating there after living by this taco bell for 4 years. Anyone who is giving this store anything more than a 2 start review must have low standards or ordered just a drink which by the way they also seem to mess up on the daily.
Ordered through the app, paid extra for various toppings and all of which were missing. We went back through the Drive Thru to get it corrected, only to be told they were out of our selected upcharges (cheese being one of them). It would have been nice to have been told that at the window. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to request that through the app. Cmon, man....at least apologize and offer a free Taco or something....
Love the famous potato bowl. The drive thru employee was polite and friendly.
