This cozy little bar offers excellent food and has the best staff around. The regular patrons were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home from our very first visit. The atmosphere is filled with great people, making it a delightful experience all around!

I hardly know where to start with my first visit today, but I’ll at least give two stars to our waitress. She was friendly and genuinely tried to assist us as new customers. We ordered two burgers, but after about 45 minutes, I inquired about our food and was told it would be just a few more minutes since our burgers were being cooked well-done. Really? She also mentioned that she had no idea what the cook was doing. There were only three tables occupied in the restaurant, so it was ridiculous that it took so long to serve just two burgers. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the food since we eventually left and went to another restaurant where our food arrived within 15 minutes. Kraftys Burger, either your cook needs to speed up or something has to change. The service time was a joke for such a slow establishment.

The menu offered some appealing options, and the food was decent; however, all the fried items had a slightly fishy flavor, indicating that the oil likely needed to be changed. The service was good, though it wasn't particularly warm or friendly—just neutral, really. On the bright side, the woman who hosted the bingo game was humorous and seemed to be enjoying herself.

For the first time after cleaning up the same old places in the week. I'm glad we stopped! My husband has the Smash-Burger with his feet and cleared the plate. I have deleted the buffalo chicken wrap with fries, and just over my plate too! Macy was wonderful... attentive without transmitting. We're coming back!

Staff was great but the food was nothing we would brag about. We were excited to see what looked like proper fish and chips made with haddock as well as poutine on the menu. The fries chips for both dishes were what appeared to be your standard frozen from a bag variety which is a huge part of what makes both dishes worth while. The fish had an off taste, we think it was on the verge of going bad. The Cole slaw that was served with the fish had a very strong raw garlic flavor even though we couldn 't see any garlic in it. We had a few beverages and did not finish either plate. Nothing here really stood out, I believe their burgers may be better but I 'm not sure we will come back to find out.
