Williams Fried Chicken - Garland

CHICKEN LIVERS WERE SOUR. I pray i don?t get food poisoning. Never again? i will go to a different location.

This location must have the most ignorant staff. I paid 53 dollars and got home and the order was totally messed up. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. I used to love Williams chicken, never will I go again.

This was my first visit to Williams Chicken, and I have to say, I was impressed. It's funny how often the unassuming places have the best food. Everything I ordered was fresh and served hot. I'm really glad I decided to skip Church's Chicken. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

The attitude of the staff at this location is terrible. The previous staff were much better. It seems that people who don't work there are just hanging out with the employees. I requested fresh chicken, but they were inside eating instead of preparing it and told me it would take 30 minutes.

I have visited another Williams Chicken location in the Carrollton/Dallas area, but I prefer this one because parking is much easier here; the other location was surrounded by a lot of construction. This restaurant is a fantastic spot for fried chicken and sides. I particularly enjoy the fried chicken breasts and drumsticks. The food is served hot and is slightly greasy, but in that delicious, fried chicken way. The customer service was excellent—very friendly and professional.
