Pizza Hut - Garland

The presentation was different from what I'm used to. This pepperoni and double sausage pizza had an overly thick crust, and there was too little sauce. I expected more sausage, as well. Just look at how dry it looks.

The new Parmesan sauce is quite watery, causing my toppings to slide off. Additionally, the Alfredo pasta has a soupy consistency.

After waiting for an hour without my order, I called to check the status and was put on hold for 10 minutes. When I finally reached someone, they informed me that they were very busy but assured me that my order had already left the store and would arrive shortly. Another 15 minutes passed, and I received my pizza, which was lukewarm at best. This experience reminded me of a similar situation at my daughter’s house about two weeks ago, where we waited nearly two hours for pizza for her birthday party (it was from a different location, but still Pizza Hut). Additionally, I tried to reach out to Pizza Hut before posting this review, but it seems like their website is also experiencing issues.

Terrible. Save your money and order from somewhere else. The past 3 times I have placed an order it has been delivered wrong. Once the pizza toppings were wrong and all 3 times I was sent the wrong type of pasta.

I was disappointed when paying $20 for a pizza with extra toppings with the extra toppings hardly being there. Pizza tasted delicious probably because I was hungry but was NOT worth $20. Probably not going back anytime soon.
