This pie shop really stands out! First of all, the customer service is fantastic. A gentleman there took the time to explain each pie to me and offered excellent recommendations. I have to mention that the pies taste amazing warmed up with a scoop of ice cream! They have the perfect level of sweetness—not too overwhelming, which can be quite bothersome. It's absolutely delicious! I’m spreading the word to everyone I know.

So yummy. We just moved to the area and have been on the hunt for our go-to dessert place? I think we have a winner! The crust was so good (and IMO crust can make or break a pie).

Although I find Tracy to be passionate delightful, her pies are not my favs. I?ve tried them on at least 3 occasions. I find the pie to crust ratio is lacking. The crusts are way too thin-I love crust. She uses only shortening which is not my preference-I prefer all butter crusts or a combination of the two. Her fillings are generous but the cream pies (choc, coconut, espresso feel thick to the taste a little too sweet. The whipped cream topping is generous perfect! She her staff are always so kind- always taking great care in boxing all the goodies! The shop is so cute too.

Ms. Tracy's Pies are in my Top 3 list!! She has mastered the pie crust, IMO!! There's about 5 classic flavors offered daily the rest are in rotation. Very unique flavors that she creates! If you want to know what's on the menu for the day you must follow their social media pages (FB IG). If you're a spur of the moment type than you'll find something regardless of when you go unless they're sold out for the day. Last but certainly not least, she has an employee also named Tracy and that's my girl!!! Such a sweet spirit I look fwd to seeing her each time I visit. XOXO ? #GarlandsFinest ? #ThePieLady ?

Owner is very nice. The staff spent a lot of time with us since it was our first time. We got the pie fight which is 3 smaller pieces to taste. It was almost too much us! The pie is beyond delicious. The crust is handmade; toppings and fillings are perfect. Highly recommend!
