Papa Johns Pizza - Garland

I was very disappointed with Papas. I ordered pizza through DoorDash twice, and both times it arrived cold—really cold. It’s frustrating that when I tried to call and voice my concerns, I only encountered an automated system. Unless significant changes are made, I won't be ordering from there again. Food rating: 1/5.

The pizza is excellent, but many of the employees should be wearing gloves and hair nets. Rating: 4/5.

This is the worst place to buy pizza. The manager is unmotivated and adds no value. Our pizza is consistently burnt, and the customer service is non-existent. The other Papa John's locations are excellent. The staff here really needs to be replaced.

Do not get any offers on Pizza sick go to the pizza cottage. Lol

Ordered doninoes last night out of habit and was disappointed in the delivery time, quality and overall experience. Went with this papa John's today and wow, what a world of difference in every aspect. Awesome.
