China City - Garland

Eating was hot and fresh. everything we tried was great. the restaurant was clean, but had a strange smell from the pizza place next door. the service was ok, but a little strange. will come back and take.

The food was delicious and the portions were generous. I have chicken and egg-drop soup. the service was normal, the girls were kind when I took my order. my waiting time was very minimal (8 minutes). four stars were because the prizes for lo my were a bit high.

Great eating, high variety on menu, very fast, very friendly. I often commanded them and never had a command wrong in any wise. 10/10 would recommend.

CHINA (STAND)!Ghetto unappealing uninviting sign. this is not really a restaurant. It is a takeout window inside a walk in space that only about 3 people can fit in. Set up like a bank teller counter. So completely foreign the employee cant speak a lick of English.and no body can see anything past the cheap plexiglass...I wouldn't trust anything coming out of that kitchen!

Inventory control must not being practiced here anymore. Food is going down. Not as fresh as when we started going there. Maybe new ownership . So we went in , ordered $52 worth of food for 3 people. (Our usual order $45). We had 2 $25 visa cards as a gift. So we need 2 cards and a third to pay the 2 bucks. They were going to charge my daughter a fee to process each card. They are fortunate that I didnt pick up the order. I would have let them keep their $52 worth of food. We order 2 to 3 times a month for less than great food, and now we get poor service with added fees. I am looking for another Chinese place. I was lazy bc it is close and food okay. But i WILL NEVER go into China City again. You have lost a customer. Does a business like yours need to lose customer.
