Sea Baron Fish Chips - Garibaldi

Friendly guy working alone out of food truck. As good as you are likely to get anywhere on Oregon coast and we've been to a bunch. Many places serve fish obviously from a supermarket freezer, but not here. My kids loved it, but a bit greasy for my taste. Keeps it from getting top marks.

We visited Girabaldi to escape the smoke in Clackamas County, thanks to Uncle Roland's recommendation. I never thought I would say this, but I actually enjoyed it more than Bowpicker in Astoria, which is another fantastic spot for fish and chips if you're in the area. This place is incredible—definitely deserving of 10 stars! We sampled the tuna, halibut, and ling cod, and they were all excellent, with the tuna being our favorite. If you're in or near Tillamook, you should definitely give it a try!

Absolutely amazing! This place is, without a doubt, the best place for fish and chips on the coast. I highly recommend trying the halibut!

The best fish and chips I've ever had! I tried the ling cod, which was perfectly battered and crispy, revealing juicy and tender fish inside. The service was quick as well. We will definitely be stopping by for this again. If only they had a good bowl of chowder to go with it!
