I ordered the Nashville hot wings and they were an item that is cooked when ordered. I had to wait ten minutes but those where the best Nashville wings I very ever eaten. Thank you your service was great.

Staff work hard. Food was HOT which during winter is always awesome. Tad bit of wait but that is understandable with the short staff everyone is going through. Everyone was pleasant and seemed to be enjoying their day which made it a pleasant experience.

Everything was good except… while going through the drive-through, one of our items didn't get rang up, that we ordered. Usually when this happens, wherever we are, will just hand us the item that they missed and we're on our way. In this situation, they had us complete a second transaction for the one item and we had to drive around the building and wait at the door for the item. I'm all for teenagers and people working fast food but if you can't get people's orders correct maybe you should look into doing something else I've been back in town for a couple months and I've already had 5 orders messed up and it's sad because they don't seem to care and when you ask for a manager you get nothing but resistance and disrespect…

You have to pick up an online order in the drive through, defeats the whole purpose!
