I asked for a refresher with no ice (they’re already cold enough) and I was given a half cup and still charged full price. The server had an attitude as well, which was uncalled for. Needless to say, I won’t be going back. This has never been an issue in the past, so idk if this is your new policy or you just have hostile staff.
Best dunkins in town! Friendly staff and they always get my order right! Thank you for your service you guys are great
