Complained to the manager, Jayson who took my order that I wanted two large not small entrees on 26JAN then he started to rudely argue resulting in my cancellation for not listening at all. Reported his bad attitude to customer relations with a careless reply, because he doesn 't care and lost a regular customer!
The one beautiful young woman behind the counter was very accommodating with my wants and needs. She helped me with all of my problems. And she was very nice. I wish I remembered her name because she was awesome.
They are almost as consistent as McDonald's. You know what you're getting, and it is a reasonable value (especially the family meal). Many locations.
First time to this Panda Express location, very disappointing. Food items I choose was not available and my plate look like they were keeping me on a diet. I'm not asking for a free plate, stop being jerks to paying customers ?
