The Wharf - Garden Grove

The first time here. Wasn't sure what to expect. The dining room is quite large and is a great place to go with friends or a large group. Tables are covered in butcher paper and cartridges use paperboard and plastic utensils. We started cocktails. I had the holiday days and hubby had a bottle of Soju... We ordered appetizers of fried salmon bells served with thin sliced white onions and peppers and garlic bread. Then we ordered a bucket of seafood in a mild spice. The shell came with Crawfish, mussels, mussels, shells, head on shrimps, king crab legs, corn, sausage and potatoes. It was heaven in a bowl and it fed 4 hungry people. Service here is good and the food comes fast. We were very pleased with this establishment as I found it through an internet search. If we're ever back in the area, we'd definitely return. This place is excellent for food - as you can sit down. There must be a better system or the workers must be better trained for efficiency... or they only have to hire more workers. I was here a lot. Last time I called and made a reservation. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn't half full, but we waited over 20 minutes after our reservation. But I love the food. I love that they have space for big parties as well as small intimate. Sometimes food takes a long time. If this is the case, the servers must inform the customer. One of the ordered items was a sushi roll, a sushi roll. 30 minutes later we waited. When we thought they forgot, we remembered them. The server went to check and then came back and said they cook a new batch of sushi rice. It was close to closing. They could have just told us they had to make new rice that would last or give us the opportunity not to order it because it was late in the evening. Sometimes the servers get us the bill or even get our payment took a long time. But this does not diminish the quality of the food. The food is excellent and they have many possibilities.

Amazing and extraordinary waiters, delicious food, I recommend the hot pot.

First time and love this place! Don't forget to order the Steam Clams, the spicy and sour flavor, that one goes very well with an IPA.

We got the 2lbs shrimp spicy wild style with a side of Cajun fries. Kids got the grilled cheese and chicken tenders. Good food. Fast service. And good deals on happy hour!
