Rice Paper Vietnamese Bistro

I'm not really a fan of fusion cuisine, but I was impressed by this take on Vietnamese food. Everything I ordered was bursting with flavor and incredibly refreshing! We started with the blood tapas from the specials menu, which was delicious and packed with taste from the shell meat. The lemon grass chicken served with crispy rice was outstanding. I usually get crispy rice dishes at other Vietnamese places paired with salmon or diced steak, but this chicken was something else. Each bite was perfectly marinated, offering a delightful mix of sweet and spicy flavors. I also tried the Saigon tea, which was prepared by our friendly waiter, and it was refreshing—definitely better than most tea houses in the area. I loved their nacho chips with a zesty green salsa that added a nice kick. Overall, I think I'll definitely come back!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, and I was looking for a spot for dinner with some friends. The food was quite good. I ordered the lamb chops served with tomato rice, and it was very tasty. One of my friends had a dish called crispy rice, and that was enjoyable as well!

I absolutely love her menu! It's packed with flavor and style. More people should discover this place!!! The grilled lamb with garlic noodles is out of this world!!!

Small size, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. The food is very delicious. Rib Eye Steak was very good.
