In-n-out Burger - Garden Grove

The restaurant has been in the same location for decades. The food is fantastic, the service is outstanding, and the atmosphere is ideal for enjoying a burger.

Skylar and Isaac are absolutely amazing! Their level of care and thorough service was top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant - it's worth going out of your way to visit. Thank you so much again for a wonderful experience! I can't praise this place enough! Promote, promote, promote!

I have experienced multiple times where INO team has excessively salted their burgers. I can't handle that much salt. Please consider separating the salt for the burgers and fries. The amount of salt on the fries is excessive and the salt on the meat is overwhelming. We pay for food to enjoy, not to waste it. It is frustrating to wait in long lines only to have to throw the burger in the trash because it is too salty to eat.

I ordered the cheeseburger with double veggies and that was great. I also ordered some fries; they were very small pieces and crunchy but tasty whatever and requested two packets of sauce which I did not get! Ugh. What is the communication breakdown between the person taking my order and the person handing me my order? Must I sit in line and check my order every time? Apparently yes I do

Worst INO ever. Order is always wrong, no matter if you order walk up or drive-thru. Fries are hard and over cooked or re-fried and re-salted. Drinks watered down due to them having them ready as soon as you order while there are 5 or 6 cars still ahead of you, by the time you get your drink it’s flat and watered down. Don’t expect to get your order in a box even though ask them for box with a lid and you ask them to repeat your order, they’ll say it but when you actually get it it’s in a bag. Then they get annoyed because you ask them to do it right. Forget this location, go to a different one even if it’s a longer drive. You’ll leave disappointed.
