Carl's Jr. - Garden Grove

The staff was friendly, but there weren't enough employees to handle the demand. There was only one person managing both the window and the front. However, the hamburger was well prepared.

It was 8:30 on a weekday and I was really hungry, so I decided to stop by Burger King, only to find out their dining room closes at 7! What a surprise! I then drove a little further and saw a KFC, but to my dismay, it was completely closed. Already? It was barely 9 o'clock! Luckily, I spotted a Carl's Jr. right next door, and to my delight, their dining area was still open. As I was about to enter, I was greeted by a lovely voice that said, "Hi, welcome to Carl's!" I learned her name was Megan, and she took my order, served my food, and thanked me with a warm smile. I really enjoyed my meal at a clean table in a tidy dining area, rather than in my car! Thank you, Carl's Jr., and a special shout-out to Megan! She was one of the best food service workers I’ve come across in a long time! Great job, everyone!

The food was actually hot from this location. That is extremely rare for a Carl's Jr. for some reason. They were fast through the drive-thru and the order was correct. My only gripe is the cost for the food here. Every Carl's is able to set their own prices, so it's not consistent. This one seemed to be about middle of the road as far as prices. I've seen more expensive, but I've also seen cheaper.

We had the Big Carl and chicken tenders. Everything was really good. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean.
