Spacious, luxurious space, The best food, spring rolls...

Pretentious customer service. Some waiters are borderline rude. Decent food, but overall, not impressed with the dining experience.

My forst time at the new location. It is cute, and busy as usual. I feel that the price went up alot, the food was still good though. The salad rolls looked smaller than what I remembered. Service was quick and fast. It was more of a family, fast paced dining vibe.

Authentic Vietnamese food, delicious and reasonably priced.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Brodard Chateau in Garden Grove, and it was an absolute delight! The variety of spring rolls, appetizers, salads, and rice dishes left me spoiled for choice. The grilled pork spring roll was a standout, bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked super crunchy!!! The grilled prawns and mango salad was a refreshing combination that left my taste buds wanting more. And let’s not forget about their flan—it’s simply the best! Highly recommend this place for a delicious Vietnamese dining experience!
