Blue Sky - Garden Grove

Long overdue review for this 5 stars restaurant/bar Quan nhau! My girlfriends and I have always been a big fan of bar foods way back when. I don't really know what it is about that particular taste of bar foods, but it always get us so excited every time we get to go. It was by chance we discovered this fabulous place back in 2015. At the time, Artist was so old school, Quan Gio was in the middle of changing ownership and we needed a new place with yummy bar foods, clean with decent atmosphere. To our lucks, Blue Sky was born!! New ownership took over the old coffee shop in this busy plaza. At this particular time, we get the pleasure of meeting the most awesome and down to earth owners, Huy Linh. I have nothing but love and respect for this couple. They are genuinely nice people to be around. They would always make us feel welcome every time we visit...and to that..they will always have our support ; . Not only the service is superb..the food is outstanding!! Every dish is a 5 stars rating. Full of flavor and it is always fresh! There are so many dishes that I would recommend trying. My favorite has to be butter garlic conch; thai hot pot; ribeye steaks served with French fries; mango salad; crispy rice with dried pork sausages; sautéed chili squid :P. Entertainment daily including DJs and Karaoke bar. After a drink or two, you'd want to grab that microphone and sing your heart out :

Nice ladies and great food. It was a fun and upbeat place. I miss these places where you can sing in front audience. They actually had some good karoake singers there. Will be back to karoake for sure.

The hospitality I got from here touched me. I was offered a water while waiting for my takeout. The owner I assume even came out after I received my food to thank me and asked for me to let him know how I liked the food. I got the salt n pepper shrimp and fried chicken wings. It was a generous amount of wings. All flats to my surprise! The food was phenomenal.
