I don't know what is so complicated about a caramel iced coffee with milk.I got a gift card so I gave this location 3 chances. Each time they gave me a plain, black iced coffee. On the third occasion I caught it before I left the window and the guy acted like my request for caramel/milk did not make sense. He was kind though, and did remake the drink correctly in the end. I'm sure they're overworked, and no doubt underpaid so my issue still lies with corporate.

This restaurant is clean and I received good customer
Service in drive through is speedy. They usually screw up the order about 20% of the time and the scan pay never works. With a Timmy’s on every corner, you think they’d try to get it right.
