Rogala's Grill - Garden City

Eating is great, very low on the staff that complication in waiting time and accuracy of the ordering caused, but the waitress was pleasant and did her best to ensure that we care, despite the chaos created by a complete dining room and not enough waiter.

Visited Michigan for a week after moving south. I ended up going here almost every day because the food was so good and the service was amazing. The ribs are perfection and the chicken parm is as delicious as it is huge. Cheri, our server, was the true gem though. She has a great personality, and really takes care of everyone in the place like they are family. Rogala 's will be a must visit whenever I return back to the area.

At 6pm on Sunday, parking lot was pretty full but still no problem with parking. Got their BBQ Ribs. Fell off the bone and had a great amount of meat. Iced tea was fresh. Service was perfect and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

I used to loving eating at this restaurant. Today will be my last time coming hear. I ordered their fish and chips and cheese sticks. Normally really good. Today The cheese stick were under cooked and were crumbling in my hands. I was told by the waiter (Judy) that the cook said that is normal?? Ok told them to take the cheese sticks back. I received the fish and fries. Completely over saturated with oil and you can taste the old oil. I explained this to Judy. She acted like she and the cook didn't care.The fish was very good hear before. I have been a cook and can tell what is wrong. Needless to say I will be throwing this food away!!!! I would stay away from hear. There going to get someone really sick!!!!
