Kfc - Garden City

Who doesn't like chicken pot cake and biscuit from here they are great clean charging great service

To be honest really nice people and they listen to your order and always get it right keep up the good job..

Horrible sweet tea.Did not get silverware last time i cameAND- the young male employee who had to yell drive thru only didnt even care when i told him that their STREET SIGN said lobby now open...So after waiting in line for more than 20 minutes JUST FOR A DOORDASH....I am so DONE at this location..

So, come to find out. Drive-thru prices are different from the ordering on line. That being says, they won't put the 5 dollars back on a gift card. So I called the 1800 number. We'll, got a gift certificate for 20. So I got more then 5 dollars back in a certificate.

KFC on Ford road in Westland Michigan has terrible horrible unprofessional service the cashier let me order my food place my order which would have been round off 3250 total then tell me she hollered from the back the manager did to the front line saying they have no more chicken wings so when I go to the car and come back my daughter informs me that she turned around and said they had no chicken the only thing that popped in my mind was number one not professional number two she's not doing her job well at all number three someone doesn't know how to take inventory or wasn't trained properly to do inventory there's no way in the world you are a chicken establishment whether you are corporate KFC or a franchise KFC that you should have ran out of chicken there's no way I don't understand I was appalled two thumbs down zero Stars for KFC in Westland Michigan on Ford road however the one on Ford road in garden City has outstanding services and they also had chicken would you believe that I will be taking my business to KFC on Ford road in garden City Michigan.
