L'authentique - Garancières

Having moved in February, I ran all the possible pizzerias. I haven't been able to find a pizza since I was in the mood and I was resigned... But I did a lot of research, and I found the best pizzas. Quality ingredients, sumptuous and tasteful paste, honest prices, real wood oven. Forgot the pizza Montfort-Méré (resto and truck). Authentic Pizzeria is a pearl and really bears its name. We all enjoyed ourselves, I didn't have time to make a photo because we literally devoured so great Thanks to Pizzaiolo and very soon!

How to tell you who is a pizza lover there we are really at the top of the range all products are fresh I had the chance to taste fresh mozzarella nothing to do with what we find in the pizzas of another restaurant the boss is super nice he makes the pizzas in front of you and explains to you that I feasted limit I wanted to take a second so it was good I leave you a little picture of pizza

It is a pure feast for the palace, the decoration is well finished, it smells good, everything is clean, pleasant and professional sharing, I highly recommend, beautiful address to remember. The little salad is mizuna, for connoisseurs, we are sure not to fool ourselves:

Pizzas are very good. The dough is excellent MAIS there are on all kinds of pizza type leaves (the salad, eh,) and there are many. I think it spoils the taste of pizza a bit, but just remove it and pizza finds an exquisite taste. So here is the only small negative point, the welcome is rather user-friendly (without being much) and the service is fast. I recommend

01/2020 Good reception, Excellent Pizzas on site or take away. We enjoyed the choice between a classic paste or a cereal paste, as good as any other. The products are fresh, the digested pizzas (I didn't have any worries despite my fragility on this side. I recommend.
