They lie about there rewards. They tell you that you have $10 in rewards but if you try buying something under $10 they won’t allow you to use it.

I just wanted to reach out in regards to your Myerstown location. I recently only shopped at another competitor. Once the pandemic ensued I wanted to support my local chains as well as stay closer to home. I began shopping at Dutchway. Every single time I had gone the service was excellent. Shelves were stocked, normalcy prevailed in a world where it lacked. I want to commend the entire team for their excellence in both service and standard. I always felt at ease and comfortable in my surrounding. The manager of the store has always been actively involved. Pushing carts, organizing lines, on the front lines with his employees. I am not sure of his name, however, he needs to be recognized on his leadership. I am thankful I have become a loyal Dutchway shopper. You will continue to receive my business. Best, Sheila McAfee

This is my local store and I can rarely so here especially now. the shelves are always bare and never any meats. when I asked arty the butcher counter about a specific item I was greeted with a nasty attitude

Clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the meats, poultry, and fish. Delicious pre made soups. great produce!!

We LOVE this grocery store!!! Great products, fresh lean meats and poultry, fair prices. Much better than big name stores like Kroger or Wal-Mart.
