Sankalp Restaurant - Gāndhīdhām

Sankalp is very famous for South Indian dishes and dosa is my favorite. Many branches are available in different cities.

I ordered the Double Crisp Uttapam and it was not only crispy but also delicious. The variety of chutneys served with unlimited sambhar was also very good. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the idlis. I would not recommend them as they seemed to be prepared in advance and kept warm for a long time, causing them to lose their fluffiness and taste. They were also a bit hard. I would consider visiting again for dosas.

I have dined at several Sankalp restaurants in Ahmedabad and Surat, but this one is the best I have ever experienced. The service was prompt and efficient. The location is excellent, right near Om-Cineplex on Airport Road. The atmosphere and ambiance are fantastic, just like the other Sankalp locations. My favorite dishes are the chutneys and sambar, but I highly recommend trying the bhajipaav dosa and uttapams as well.

I have never had such bad South Indian food at any Sankalp restaurant before. I have eaten at at least 8-9 Sankalp locations all over India. This was the worst one. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Food was too good but the service was not that much good. we enjoy it very much also the pizza was also good
