Everything is homemade with quality products. We tasted an exceptional carbonade: succulent meat (served in individual casserole dishes), delicious beer sauce, we didn't leave a crumb, especially as the bread served hot was delicious. Small mesclun salad and excellent fries. And for dessert, a succulent rice tart. We recommend this restaurant without any reservation. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
After arriving Gent-Dampoort station we decided to take a walk from the riverside to our hotel and found a hidden gem in Gent! We received a very warm welcome by the very friendly owner Yves and we straight way felt like home. We had such a wonderful delicious full course meal, from warm bread with butter as starters, homemade soup, main course salmon and desserts. The meal was really perfectly prepared by Yves himself. Thank you so much for your incredible warm welcome and for taking care of us from start until the end.
