The food was tasty but the service was so surly! First the lady who came to answer the call, as firm as a commander. And then an older man who was too tired. Went for Afternoon Tea on Sunday afternoon. Very unfriendly and slow service, and that is the main reason for my low score. Food is not bad but not special either. Scones are tasty. Nice interior and round tables are a plus, but it was very loud. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We were there for a team building with the company for a killer dinner. The murder game was good, but I still have my reservations about the restaurant's services. To start with, dietary requirements were not followed. Vegan suddenly became veggie (big difference) they first communicated that they would provide a broth with vegetables for this person, but the reality was different (ravioli with pumpkin with cheese) not vegan at all. A voluntary drink was minimally followed and not every table received its requested drink. Poor communication and transmission. I sent them an email 3 times, a final very clear email with the order. We asked for fries. This would not have been a problem but they did not mention anything about paying a supplement on the menu and how much this supplement was.
