Unfriendly unwelcoming reception. Changing of shift should not be an Had to kick in the door to our cottage every time we entered. Air conditioning sounded like a freight train all night. UNACCEPTABLE again for the price of the room.Carpet accent furniture were dated badly stained the room smelled Coffee machine did not ALL THIS COST US Can. Low value to price point!!!!Cottage

We have the room with king bed, river view, but not the whirlpool or kamin. the room smells like musty, so we bought a candle. they cannot heat/air conditioning and have pulled the curtains simultaneously because the curtains cover the ventilation openings. the corners of the room were not sucked. there was a dead bug in the lampshade. the bath is marked and rustic. there are gaps around the door. there is no refrigerator. there was half a toilet paper roll in the bathroom that is not kovid-safe at all. that's not inn, it's a motel. it is not included with control. this is a room with a very beautiful view, perfectly located. oh, and the parking space at the “Annex” where we stayed was not ploughed and the phone does not make any outgoing calls. also — the king size bed had four small kisses. we wanted two more. the television is terrible. tinny sound and cheap. no other room with king bed. I asked an hour after the check-in, because other reviews said: “You should have told us” — no refund or partial refund. have our chances not with the free breakfast.
